Three steps to mediation

Step 2: Assess your situation

Discuss your situation with an experienced, qualified mediator. The issues, players, history and goals of your dispute all determine how mediation can work for you. It is important to describe the situation clearly and to review it with your prospective mediator.

Read the Pre-mediation Inventory and prepare to discuss the questions it poses with a BMC mediator.
Review your Inventory with a BMC associate in a free 30-minute consultation. Just click Contact Us to reach us by email or call us. (It is useful to complete the Inventory on-line and forward it the BMC prior to your consultation. However that is not a necessity.)
Agree on a preliminary approach to mediation with the mediator.
